Statement from The Watford Hotel: COVID-19

COVID-19 Update:  March 2020

As COVID-19 continues to spread, there’s nothing more important to us than the well-being of our guests and employees.  The safety of our guests and team members is a top priority.  We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

Our Cancellation Policy:

Our mission is to make hotel travel possible for all, and that becomes especially important during times of uncertainty.  We have enhanced our policies as follows:  For new or existing reservations we will waive any cancellation fee this includes prepaid reservations until April 30, 2020.  We request to be notified if plans change or cancellation is needed do to the COVID-19

In addition, we will be adjusting our services and amenities to protect our guests and employees due to the COVID-19 per the ND Department of Health recommendations and the ND Governors Office, please contact the hotel directly for any questions or concerns.

Our commitment to Cleanliness:

We have a high standard of cleanliness and take pride in our hotel.  We have added additional cleaning and hygiene procedures to our daily routine.  We have increased the frequency of cleaning in our public areas for the safety of our guests and employees.

Our teams are on standby to support our hotel and coordinate with local and regional authorities.  For the most updated information, please refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or local health authority.
